What does it cost to have something picked up with Bums?
Bums has fixed size tiers: S SEK 250 (what one person can carry), M SEK 350 (dresser, armchair, bike), L SEK 500 (sofa, wardrobe, washing machine), XL SEK 750 (half a room) and XXL SEK 1,200 (the whole storage room or attic). You know the price before you post.
How fast can someone pick up my things?
Often the same day. Helpers nearby see your listing right away, and you choose who gets the task and when it happens.
What can I get help with in Bums?

How do I earn money as a helper?
If you have a car and time to spare, you see open tasks near you on the map. You keep 85% of the pay. Bums takes 15%, 40% lower than the biggest competitor. As a helper you are an independent contractor, not an employee, and you are responsible for reporting your own income. Everything you need is on the Become a helper page (in Swedish).
Is Bums a job?
No. Bums connects private individuals. As a helper you are an independent contractor who chooses if, when and which tasks to take. It is not employment and Bums is not an employer. Read more in our terms of use (in Swedish).
How does the AI assistant work when I create a listing?
You chat with an AI assistant that asks follow-up questions and suggests a ready-made listing with a fair price based on the size tiers. You always review the suggestion yourself. Nothing is published until you tap Publish. Details in our AI policy (in Swedish).
Where is Bums available?
We are launching in Stockholm first, then expanding to more Swedish cities. Download the app to see tasks near you.
How is my personal data protected?
All data is stored within the EU (Stockholm region). Exact addresses are shared only once you have matched with a helper, and you sign in with a one-time SMS code, no passwords. Read more in the privacy policy and about your rights under the GDPR (in Swedish).
Does the app cost anything?
The app is free to download and posting listings is free. Bums takes 15% of the pay when a task is completed, and the fee covers insurance cover, transactions and the platform.
